Refund Policy

 

Plates Vault takes great pride in the quality of our products. If you have a problem with your order, we will be happy to issue a refund if the item is received damaged or there is a mistake on the plate.

However, we do not accept refunds for normal conditioned deliveries. This is because each plate is custom built, which means we cannot resell or reuse the plate. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Here are the conditions for a refund:

• The item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

• The return must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

• A copy of the proof of purchase must be provided.

 

To request a refund, please contact us at platesvault@gmail.com. We will then issue a return shipping label and provide instructions on how to return your item.

 

Exceptions:

 

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items that have been used or damaged

• Items that have been customised or personalised

• Items that have been purchased on sale or with a discount
