Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services, primarily Royal Mail Tracked 48. Some orders may also require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Proof of Delivery

All orders are considered successfully fulfilled once the courier provides proof of delivery. This includes tracking confirmation showing delivery status, date, time, and where applicable, a signature or GPS delivery record.

Failed Delivery / Refused Parcels

If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is refused, not accepted, or not collected by the recipient, the item will be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply for redelivery or may be deducted from any refund issued.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may provide the relevant courier tracking information, delivery confirmation, and any available proof of delivery (including signature or GPS data where applicable) to the payment provider as evidence of fulfilment.

All orders shipped using tracked services are considered delivered once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
